E-PostBox is IVH Solutions' advanced web-based platform for communication and archiving. E-PostBox offers banks and other organisations a secure communications channel between their clients and employees, decreasing costs by offering a centralised hub for access and storage of messages and documents.

With E-PostBox, a document is only created once and stored on a E-PostBox's central server. The user retrieves the document from the central server, therefore duplicates are never created.

The E-PostBox solution is currently in use by 86 banks across Norway. All confidential documents, including accounts statement, payment statements, stock settlements and insurance documents are delivered to each customer's E-PostBox for online access. Over 20 million messages and documents are being served by this solution.

Logon

The system supports several login mechanisms, including:

• OTP Digipass
• BankID (A Norwegian security infrastructure)
• PIN/TAN
• User name and password
• Single Sign On solutions such as Shared Sessions and Sifon verifier (SSO product from IVH Solutions)This solution enables users to navigate from existing systems (i.e. Internet Bank) to E-PostBox without entering their  login information again.
